How to make Vegan Red Caviar

Prepare all ingredients. Put the vegetable oil in the freezer in advance for 4-5 hours.

Cover the seaweed with hot water for 5 minutes. Then strain the resulting liquid.

Peel and grate the carrots, then squeeze the juice.

Add carrot juice and red dye to the algae water to the desired color.

Pour the resulting liquid into a saucepan. Add agar and salt. Place the liquid over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.

Draw liquid into a syringe and start dripping into cold oil. Try to keep the distance between the eggs. Then fold the resulting caviar onto a sieve.

Vegan red caviar is ready. Enjoy your meal!
