How to cook "Radish with kvass"

Prepare your ingredients. Boil the potatoes in their skins.

Grate the radish on a medium-sized grater.

Add finely chopped onions to the radish.

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

Pour cold kvass over the chopped vegetables, salt to taste, let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

Serve the radish with kvass, seasoned with sour cream or mayonnaise. It is very tasty, just as good as the usual okroshka. Until you try, you won't understand. Enjoy your meal!
