How to make Lean Starch Pancakes

Prepare all ingredients.

Then add the starch, sugar and salt.

Mix everything and pour in the oil.

The dough is ready.

Heat the pan well, brush with oil and pour the dough with a ladle, distributing it throughout the pan.

Do not wait until the pancake turns brown, the pancakes on starch are quite pale, but this does not affect the taste at all. Turn the pancake over as soon as it grabs.
