How to make White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Prepare all ingredients.

Melt butter in a water bath. Transfer to a bowl.

Pour sugar, flour, baking powder into the butter. Stir the baking powder over the top.

Chop the chocolate finely with a knife.

Add chocolate, syrup and cranberries. Stir.

Refrigerate the dough for 10-15 minutes.
