A delicious and savory salad can be made from ordinary mushrooms and vegetables. Thanks to the addition of boiled carrots, the dish will turn out not only tasty, but also nutritious and satisfying. You can take it with you to work, on a trip, or on a picnic.

- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Carrots - 1-2 Pieces (boiled)
- Celery - 1-2 Pieces (stem)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
- Greens - 0.5 Bunch
How to make Lean Champignon Salad
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Wash fresh mushrooms in water and cut into slices. Warm up 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a pan, add mushroom slices to the container, salt. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Cool it down.
Place the fried mushrooms in a deep bowl. Wash the celery stalks, chop and add to the same.
Peel the boiled carrots, rinse in water and cut into cubes. Add to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
Rinse and chop the greens, add to the salad. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Pour in the remaining vegetable oil and stir.
Serve the lean salad with bread or other savory pastries.
