- Pickle - 100 Milliliters (from cucumbers or tomatoes)
- Wheat flour - 1.5 Glasses
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons (3 tablespoons - in the dough, 1 tablespoon - for frying)
- Sesame - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
How to make Lean Brine Cakes
Prepare the required ingredients.
Pour the brine into a bowl, add sugar, soda and stir.
Add flour and sesame seeds.
Start kneading the dough with a spoon. Pour in the oil and knead with your hands.
Roll the finished dough into a ball. It turns out to be soft and pliable. Does not stick to hands. Leave the dough in the bowl for 10 minutes, covered with a towel.
After the time has passed, divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Take one piece and roll it into a 0.5 cm thick cake. Pierce with a fork over the entire surface of the workpiece.
Heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. butter and lay out the prepared cake. Fry on one side until golden brown for 3-4 minutes on slightly below medium heat.
Fold the finished cakes in a pile and serve immediately.
