The rest of the ingredients are familiar: boiled eggs, green onions, fresh cucumbers and herbs. For greater satiety, add sour cream to okroshka.

- Boiled meat - 300 Grams
- Chicken egg - 3-4 Pieces
- Fresh cucumber - 1-2 Pieces
- Green onion - 1 Bunch
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces
- Parsley - 20 Grams
- Kvass - 1 Liter
- Sour cream - 150 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Classic okroshka with meat"

Prepare the ingredients for making okroshka.

Cut the boiled meat into small cubes and place in a saucepan.

Hard-boiled eggs, chill and chop finely.

Boil potatoes, chill and chop finely. Add to saucepan.

Finely chop the fresh cucumber.

Finely chop the green onion and add to the okroshka.

Finely chop the parsley or dill and place in a saucepan.

Pour sour kvass for okroshka into a saucepan.

Salt, pepper and mix okroshka.

Add sour cream to the pan and stir again.

The classic okroshka with meat is ready. Serve first at lunch.
