- Pickled fish - 150 grams (or smoked without bones)
- Egg - 1 Piece (boiled)

How to make "Fish Salad with Cheese and Egg"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Remove all bones from pickled or smoked fish. Boil the egg in advance and cool.
Peel the boiled egg from the shell, rinse it in water along with lettuce leaves. Shake off excess liquid from greens, put it on a plate. Cut the egg into 4-6 pieces and place on a plate.
Cut the fish into slices and place between the egg slices.
Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese or cut it into cubes. Place the slices between the other ingredients. Add any fat content mayonnaise.
