- Vinegar 9% - 5 Tbsp spoons
- Vegetable oil - 50 grams
- Peppercorns - 5-6 Pieces
- Bay leaf - 1 piece

How to cook "Sauerkraut"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cook the marinade with water and spices. Dissolve sugar, salt in boiling water, add peppercorns, pour in oil and vinegar. Boil the marinade for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Cool it down.

Cut the cabbage into large cubes.

Grate the carrots.

Place vegetables in a bowl or saucepan. Toss the cabbage and carrots.

Pour the marinade over the cabbage and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for a day.

Sauerkraut is ready.
