- Chicken hearts - 350 Grams
- Korean Carrots - 150 Grams
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled)
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons (any fat content)
- Red onion - 0.5 Pieces
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
- Corn - 100 Grams (canned)

How to make "Broken Heart Salad"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil chicken hearts and chicken eggs in advance, cool. Instead of chicken hearts, you can use boiled pork heart.

Open the corn jar, drain the marinade, and add half of the contents to the container. Peel the red onion, rinse and cut in half. Cut one half into small cubes.

Cut the chicken hearts into slices and place in a container with Korean carrots.

Add mayonnaise of any fat content, add salt and ground black pepper. Stir the salad gently and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

After cooling, place the salad on a platter and serve.
