- Chicken leg - 350 Grams
- Sausages "Baby" - 250 Grams
- Pickled cucumber - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Solyanka" Children's "

Prepare the ingredients for making baby hodgepodge.

Wash the chicken, remove the skin and place in a saucepan. Fill with water and place on the stove.

Bring broth to a boil, reduce heat, remove foam. Cook the chicken until tender.

Finely chop the onions and pickled cucumber and place in the pan.

Add tomato paste and sunflower oil. Pour in 50 ml. water. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the cucumber, onion and tomato paste for 15 minutes.

Strain the chicken broth and add the onion, cucumber and tomato paste.

Chop the boiled chicken and sausages.

Place in a saucepan.

Salt the solyanka to taste and cook for 7-8 minutes.

The children's hodgepodge is ready. Serve for lunch.
