- Flour - 170 Grams
- Yolks - 2 Pieces
- Butter - 50 grams
- Sugar - 50 Grams

How to make "Shortbread on yolks"

Prepare all ingredients.

Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla. Add melted butter (cool the butter beforehand).

Add salt and flour.

Knead a dough that doesn't stick to your hands. If necessary, you can add a little more flour in the process. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Then roll out the dough with a sausage and cut into slices about 1.5-2 cm thick.

Transfer each piece to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the cookies on top with your hands, achieving the desired thickness. The thicker the biscuits, the softer they are, the thinner the crisp. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
