Goat meat with potatoes is a very aromatic and tasty dish that you can easily cook in the oven. It is served only hot, since cold meat has a specific flavor, but it can also be easily removed with marinade, sauces, and seasonings. Don't forget mustard or pickles.

How to cook "Goat meat in the oven with potatoes"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil. Peel the potatoes and wash them in water. Then cut into large slices and place in a mold. Do not chop finely, otherwise you will get mashed potatoes. Season the slices with salt and pepper.
Rinse the goat meat in water. It is advisable to cut off all the films with which it is rich from the meat, since they will shrink and twist the meat during the baking process. Cut the meat into pieces and place them on top of the potato layer. The potatoes must be on the bottom so that they absorb meat juice and fat. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Pour warm water over the side of the mold. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the tin with foil, place it in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Roasting time depends on the size of the cut of the meat.
A few minutes before cooking, remove the foil and brown the dish.
Place the dish on plates and serve. Goat meat, like lamb, is eaten only hot!
