How to cook "Light sausages in yeast dough"

Make a dough. Combine warm water and milk. Add two teaspoons of sugar from the total, yeast, stir. Then add 2 tablespoons. flour and mix thoroughly. Cover the dough with a towel or plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar into a thick foam using a mixer.

After 20 minutes, add eggs and flour to the dough, knead well. Then add softened butter and knead to a soft dough. Transfer the finished dough to a clean bowl greased with vegetable oil for 40 minutes. Cover with a towel or cling film.

After the dough has risen, roll it out and cut into strips about 3 cm wide.

Wrap the peeled sausages with a strip of dough and place on parchment.

Grease the prepared sausages in the dough with yolk and cream and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After a while, the baking is ready. Enjoy your meal!
