For the soup, we use the usual soup set, which is often at hand - potatoes, carrots and onions. Millet is great for soups, due to the fact that the cereals are well boiled, so the soup turns out to be thick and rich. If you like a silky texture, some of the millet can be mashed. You can serve the soup with herbs and a slice of delicious bread.
