- Egg White - 3 Pieces
- Ham - 80 Grams
- Cheese - 40 grams (hard)

How to make "Protein muffins"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Separate the whites from the yolks by breaking the chicken eggs. Make sure that the protein container is not wet and that not a drop of yolk gets into the whites, otherwise they will not churn. Place the salt in the bowl of a food processor, pour the chicken whites and whisk for 3 minutes at highest speed.

Cut the ham into small cubes, grate the cheese on a fine mesh grater, and chop the washed greens. Add everything to the bowl to the whipped egg whites and stir.

Grease the molds with vegetable oil and put the whipped mass on them. Place the molds in the oven for 12-15 minutes, baking muffins until golden brown.

Carefully remove the finished dish from the oven.

Serve the protein muffins with ham and cheese to the table hot, adding any sauce.
