How to make Lean Egg-Free Mayonnaise

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Peel the apples, rinse in water and cut the pulp from the fruit into a saucepan or cauldron in small pieces. Pour in 30 ml. warm water, salt and place the container on the stove.

Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, covered, until soft.

Drain the liquid and transfer the apples to the blender bowl. Purée for about 1-2 minutes and cool the applesauce in the cold for 20-30 minutes.

Then add more salt, grain mustard, or store-bought powder to the puree. Begin to beat the sauce with a blender and slowly add the vegetable oil. Mayonnaise will brighten before our eyes. The main thing is to pour in the oil in a small stream, otherwise the sauce may stratify. After cooking, place the mayonnaise in the refrigerator and cool.

Put chilled lean mayonnaise in a gravy boat, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
