How to make "Cream Cheese Cake"

To make a cake, the first step is to make a biscuit. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the biscuit.

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. When whipping, the mass will increase in volume and become lighter. Then gently whisk in the sifted flour and baking powder.

Pour the finished dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 20-22 cm.Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, cool and let it rest to make it easier to cut. Cut the biscuit into 4 cakes.

For the filling, use chilled cream with a fat content of at least 33%. Remove the curd cheese from the refrigerator in advance to bring it to room temperature. Remove canned pineapples from the jar. Do not pour the syrup, but saturate the biscuit cakes with it.

To make a cream, whisk the cream and icing sugar into a fluffy and stable cream. Then stir in the curd cheese.

Layer the cakes with cream. Lay out the pineapples.

Collect the whole cake. Cover it with cream on all sides.

Decorate the finished cake according to your taste and festive occasion. You can simply sprinkle biscuit crumbs on the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak and harden.
