How to cook "Cabbage rolls with minced meat and mushrooms"

Prepare the ingredients for making stuffed cabbage rolls.

Fill a white loaf or bun with cold water, squeeze. Peel one onion. Wash the pork pulp and onion. Pass the onion, meat and loaf through a meat grinder.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly.

Peel the champignons and one onion, wash and chop. Place in a skillet. Grill over low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the mushroom onion to the minced meat.

Season with salt and pepper and mix the minced meat with mushrooms well again.
