- Chicken - 300-400 Grams

How to make Chicken Chowder

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Cooking chicken broth. Put the chicken in cold water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam that appears. Cook until tender. For taste, add salt, bay leaf and carrots to the broth.

Fry onions and carrots in butter.

Add corn after 7-10 minutes.

Add hot and bell peppers to the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add celery and garlic a couple of minutes before cooking.

Pour in whole grain flour, mix everything, add broth and bring to a boil.

The chicken and broth are ready. Add potatoes and cook for 25 minutes. Next, add the vegetables from the saucepan to the pan. We cook for 2-3 minutes all together. Cream can be added to the soup pot or to each serving plate.

The chicken chowder is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
