- Chicken breast - 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Champignons - 100 Grams
- Starch - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste

How to cook "Chicken casserole PP"

Prepare all ingredients.

Separate the chicken meat from the bones. Grind the fillets with a blender or meat grinder.

Add garlic passed through a press to the minced meat, salt to taste and spices.

Cut the bell peppers and mushrooms into cubes and add to the minced meat.

Add cornstarch or potato starch.

Mix everything well and transfer the mixture in an even layer into a greased baking dish.

Spread the onion cut into half rings and the tomatoes cut into slices on top. Season with salt, pepper and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The PP chicken casserole is ready.

Sprinkle olive oil and herbs on the casserole if desired. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
If desired, chicken fillet can be replaced with rabbit or turkey meat.
