- Red Chili Peppers - 3 Pieces
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Water - 3/4 Cup
- Vinegar 5% - 1/4 Cup

- Corn starch - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Water - 40 Milliliters (for starch dilution)

How to make Sweet Chili Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the chili pepper, remove seeds and partitions. Cut into small slices.

Grind the chili peppers with a blender along with water, sugar and vinegar until smooth.

Pour the resulting liquid into a saucepan or ladle.

Add chopped garlic and pre-diluted starch. Stir. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce into a glass container and cool. Sweet chili sauce is ready. Good appetite!
