How to cook "Bachelor salad with croutons"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel the smoked sausage and cut into cubes. Pour the slices into a deep container. If desired, you can use any kind of sausage and even boiled meat.
Pour croutons of any taste into a container. If you have free time, then cook them at home with garlic.
Grate hard cheese or cut into cubes. Add to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
Rinse the green onion stalks, chop them and add to the container along with mayonnaise of any fat content. Mix gently.
Serve the salad to the table immediately after cooking, until the croutons are soaked in it.
