How to cook "Lenten" Olivier "with mushrooms"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil potatoes and carrots in advance until tender and cool.
Dice the onion and fry with the mushrooms until tender.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and transfer to a deep bowl.
Add diced carrots.
