Ingredients:
- Rice - 2-3 st. spoons
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Pickled cucumber - 1 Piece (large)
- Sunflower oil - 40 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Water - 1.2 Liters

How to cook "Lean Pickle with Rice"

Prepare the ingredients for making the pickle.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a saucepan.

Pour water into a saucepan and place on the stove.

Finely chop carrots and onions, put in a frying pan with refined sunflower oil.

Simmer vegetables in a skillet over low heat for 10-12 minutes. You do not need to fry too much.

Then add the carrots and onions to the pot.

When the vegetables in the soup are half-cooked, add the rice to the pot.

Finely chop the pickled or pickled cucumber.

Add to saucepan. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook soup until all ingredients are cooked and turn off.
