- Flour - 100 Grams
- Salt - 0.25 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons (1 tablespoon - in the dough, 1 tablespoon - in the filling)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Apples - 2 Pieces
- Raisins - 30 Grams
- Lemon juice - 0.5 Tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder for dough - 0.5 teaspoons
How to make Lean Apple Pancakes
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour water into a container for kneading dough, add salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, baking powder, flour, beat with a mixer.
Let the dough sit while you prepare the filling.
Cut apples into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
Place the sliced apples in a saucepan and add lemon juice to them.
Add washed raisins to the apples. If the apples are not juicy enough, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water, put on low heat and simmer until soft.
Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the present dough.
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated skillet on both sides.
Place the apple filling on the pancake and roll it up.
Ready-made pancakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
