How to Make Lean Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Prepare the ingredients for making the lean banana oatmeal cookies.

Dissolve honey in warm water and pour in vegetable oil.

Pour oatmeal into warm water and leave for 10-15 minutes, the cereal will swell and become soft.

Peel and slice a ripe banana.

Use a fork to mash the mashed banana.

Add the banana puree to the dough.

Cut the apple into cubes and add to the dough. With an apple, the cookies will be even tastier, with a slight sourness.

Pour flour and baking soda into the dough and stir.

The dough should turn out to be soft, viscous, do not hammer it with flour.

Spoon the cookie onto a baking sheet. Keep the cookies at a distance from each other, as they will become larger and fluffier during the baking process.

Bake the cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees, until they are browned. Remove fluffy and fragrant cookies from the oven.
