I suggest adding your favorite vegetables to the soup, I use a vegetable mix. Tomato can be replaced with tomato paste. Also add spices to the soup, the taste will be simply amazing. Be sure to take note of the recipe, I'm sure you will like the result!

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 200 Grams
- Bow - 70 Grams
- Vegetables - 150 Grams (frozen)
- Bulgur - 50 Gram
- Water - 2 Liters
- Tomato - 300 Milliliters
- Spices - 1 Tbsp. spoon (for kharcho soup)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to make Lean Tomato Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Put potatoes in a saucepan, add bulgur. Pour in water next, cook for 20 minutes.

Peel the onion, rinse, cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and onions, fry for a few minutes.

Pour the tomato into the pan, simmer the vegetables for 7-10 minutes.

Transfer the dressing to a pot of soup, add spices, salt and pepper. Boil the soup for 7-10 minutes, serve.
