- Groats "Artek" - 1 Glass
- Water - 2 Glasses
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons (or to taste)
- Butter - 40 grams

How to cook "Porridge" Artek "

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour water and milk into a saucepan, the ratio of which can be changed at your discretion, put on fire.

While the milk and water are heating, rinse the cereals, fold them onto a sieve.

Pour the cereals into a saucepan and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

When the porridge is almost cooked, remove from heat. Put a piece of butter, cover and leave for 5 minutes, so that the cereal finally reaches and the butter melts.
