Delicious pancakes can be prepared by combining two components in the filling: meat and cottage cheese. Not a single representative of the strong half of humanity will refuse such a dish, especially with a glass of wine or a white glass.

- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces

- Milk - 250 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Salt - 3 Pinches
- Boiled meat - 200 grams (pork)
- Cottage cheese - 150 grams (any fat content)
- Parsley - 0.5 Bunch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Pancakes with meat and cottage cheese"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil the meat in advance and divide it into fibers or cut into small cubes.
Pour milk of any fat content into a bowl, beat in chicken eggs, add a pinch of salt and beat. Add premium wheat flour, beat and pour in vegetable oil. Leave the dough alone for 15 minutes.
Then heat the pan and pour some of the dough into it, bake thin pancakes for a minute on each side.
Salt cottage cheese of any fat content, chop the washed parsley or dill and mix.
Add boiled meat to the container with cottage cheese.
Put some of the filling on a pancake and roll it up. In this way, start the rest of the pancakes.
Serve them hot, not forgetting about tea.
