Ingredients:
- Bulgur - 120 Gram
- Frozen vegetables - 200 grams
- Minced meat - 200 grams
- Bow - 100 Grams
- Carrots - 100 Grams
- Water - 2 Glasses
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - Gram
- Pepper - Gram

How to cook "Bulgur with minced meat"

Prepare your ingredients.

Heat a frying pan, brush with oil. Place the frozen vegetables in the skillet.

Peel, rinse and dry the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots. Add vegetables to the skillet.

Add minced meat to the skillet.

Cook all ingredients for 5-7 minutes.

Add bulgur, salt and pepper to the pan to taste.

Pour water into the pan, cover the pan with a lid, cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Add herbs as desired.
