Okroshka on fermented baked milk turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. The original cold soup will delight you and your loved ones. Fermented baked milk can be used with any fat content to your taste. The rest of the ingredients are traditional: cold mineral water, boiled potatoes, boiled sausage, fresh cucumbers and eggs. Add crispy radishes if desired.

- Ryazhenka - 250 Grams
- Sausage - 100 grams (boiled)
- Cucumbers - 80 Grams
- Potatoes - 100 Grams
- Chicken eggs - 1 Piece
- Mineral water - 250 grams
- Sour cream - 1-1.5 Art. spoons
- Dill - To taste

How to cook "Okroshka on fermented baked milk"

Prepare your ingredients. Boil the egg hard-boiled beforehand.

Boil the potatoes and cool. Cut into okroshka cubes.

Remove the film, packaging from the sausage and cut into medium-sized cubes.

Rinse the cucumbers, then cut into cubes.

Chop hard-boiled eggs as well.

Toss all the chopped ingredients.

Add sour cream and salt to taste.

Pour okroshka with chilled fermented baked milk and cold mineral water. Stir.

Serve okroshka to the table in portioned plates with finely chopped dill. Enjoy your meal!
