You can pre-cut all the filling ingredients and store them in the refrigerator, dressing with mayonnaise and filling the tartlets just before serving.

- Smoked chicken - 150 grams (brisket)
- Waffle tartlets - 7-8 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled)
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Green onions - 2-3 Pieces (stem)
- Salt - 2 Pinches
How to make Smoked Chicken Tartlets
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell, rinse in water and cut into small cubes. Slice the smoked chicken in the same way. If using smoked legs, remove the flesh from the bones and chop. Place in a deep bowl with egg slices.
Rinse green onions, chop. Add to the container with any fat content mayonnaise, salt. Stir the filling gently.
Start each tartlet. You can use both waffle and sand tartlets.
Place the prepared dish on plates, and do not forget to garnish with lettuce leaves. Serve to the table. You do not need to fill the tartlets in advance, they can get wet!
