Ingredients:
- Water - 250 Milliliters (boiled, room temperature)
- Milk - 250 Milliliters
- Ground coffee - 2 tbsp. spoons (prepare 250 ml. coffee)
- Fructose - 3 Tbsp. spoons (or another sugar substitute)
- Gelatin - 20 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons

How to make Dukan Jelly

Prepare your ingredients.

Soak gelatin in boiled water at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.

Boil 250 ml. coffee.

Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath to a temperature of about 70 degrees.

Boil milk, add vanilla sugar to it. Pour half of the gelatin into the milk, pour the other half into the coffee. Add 1.5 tbsp each to both sides. tablespoons of sweetener, stir until dissolved.

Pour the jelly into the molds in the order and quantity you like. For example, like this: first pour in the coffee part, put it in the cold so that the jelly grabs, it took about 15-20 minutes.

Pour the milky layer over the coffee layer. Put in the cold again. Subsequent solidification is already much faster.

Make the next layer coffee. Put in the cold again.

The last layer will be milky. It took very little time to solidify, about 7-10 minutes.

Before serving the jelly, you can garnish with dark bitter chocolate wedges, sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with fresh berries.
