- Dry bread kvass - 6 Art. spoons (at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 1 liter of water)
- Water - 3.5 Liters
- Yeast - 5-6 grams (dry, instant)
- Sugar - 5 Tbsp. spoons (or to taste)
- Raisins - 20 Pieces

How to cook "Kvass" Vigorous "

Prepare your ingredients.

Boil water, remove from heat, add dry bread kvass, cover with a lid. Leave to cool to about 36 degrees.

Strain the cooled kvass through a sieve.

Pour sugar, dry yeast, raisins into a 3 liter jar.

Pour in strained kvass. Already after 15-20 minutes, active fermentation can be observed.

After 12 hours of fermentation, you can observe active fermentation already in the entire jar, the raisins have risen to the surface.

Strain the drink, chill and serve. The kvass turned out to be vigorous, with a lot of gases, and refreshing. Suitable for both drinking and okroshka. The first kvass turns out to be a little hoppy, due to the yeast content. Therefore, do not completely drain the thickening after kvass, on its basis you can put the next kvass, which will no longer have a hoppy property, and the cooking technology is the same, only you do not need to add yeast.

For kvass for okroshka, the amount of sugar can be reduced.
