Despite the name is salty, the taste of the bread is harmonious and does not stand out with any distinct pronounced taste. The recipe is simple and affordable even for a novice housewife.

- Wheat flour - 450 grams
- Water - 250 Milliliters
- Salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Yeast - 19 Grams (fresh)
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
How to make Salty Bread
Prepare the required ingredients.
Dissolve sugar, yeast in warm water, add 225 grams of flour.
Stir until smooth.
Tighten with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After the expiration of the time, the dough should noticeably increase in volume and bubble.
Add the remaining flour (225 grams), salt, vegetable oil to the dough and knead the dough.
The dough should be soft but firm and not stick to your hands. Roll up a ball and place in a bowl.
Tighten the bowl with cling film, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the dough will increase in volume. It is ready to be cut.
Transfer the dough to a work surface. Crumple, give a round shape.
Take a round shape, brush with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Transfer the dough to it. Make deep cuts and only now turn on the oven 180 degrees. Once the oven has warmed up, let the bread bake for 35-45 minutes. Focus on your oven!
After the time has passed, remove the form from the oven. The finished bread has an even golden color.
Wrap the bread in a towel and keep it at room temperature for at least 6 hours. After that, you can serve it to the table.
