How to cook "Red Fish Omelette"

Prepare your ingredients.

Beat a couple of chicken eggs into a bowl, add spices to your liking.

Pour milk into a bowl.

Use a whisk to blend everything to a single consistency.

Heat the pan, add oil, pour in the omelet mixture. Then put the red fish and cherry tomatoes, cut into pieces, in a frying pan. Cook the omelet, covered, for 4-5 minutes over low heat. Add green onions if desired.
