The tangerine smoothie is served immediately after preparation, until the drink has stratified due to the large amount of fruit acid. The honey in the recipe can be replaced with granulated sugar if you are allergic to such a product. Milk and yogurt are best chilled before whipping.

- Mandarin - 1-2 Pieces (depending on the size of the fruit)
- Milk - 100 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Yogurt - 200 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Flower honey - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to make Tangerine Smoothie

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Peel the tangerine, carefully remove the white layer on the fruit and the seeds, if any, are present in the citrus slices. Place the slices in a blender bowl.

Pour milk and yogurt into the blender bowl, add flower honey, or replace it with granulated sugar, jam or preserves.

Whisk the contents of the container on a pulsating mode for about 2-3 minutes to thoroughly chop the tangerine pieces.

Pour the finished smoothie into a cocktail jar, cups or glasses, serve with tubes.
