How to make "Cupcake on the water"
Prepare the required ingredients.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.
Whisk for 2-3 minutes until fluffy white.
Pour in vegetable oil, followed by a thin stream of warm water and beat immediately. The mass will noticeably become liquid.
Pour in starch, flour, soda, poppy seeds.
Beat again with a mixer.
Take a muffin pan. I have a cavity in the middle today. Brush liberally with butter or spread and sprinkle lightly with flour. This technique is called "French shirt". It prevents baked goods from sticking and helps to break out of the mold without kinking.
