- Mandarin - 2 Pieces

- Flower honey - 2-3 Art. spoons
How to cook "Mulled wine with tangerines"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Pour apple juice into a saucepan. Peel one tangerine from the peel and the white layer under it, divide into slices and add to the container. Cut the second into rings along with the peel, after scalding the citrus. Add to saucepan. Place the container on the stove and heat to a near boil.
Place cinnamon sticks, star anise stars and ground ginger. Add other spices and herbs as desired.
Pour in red wine and once again heat the mulled wine to a boil, but do not let it boil so that the alcohol does not evaporate. Turn off heating. Cool the drink to 40 degrees and stir in honey.
