How to cook "Catfish with vegetables in the oven"

Prepare the ingredients to cook fish in the oven. The fillet of catfish must first be defrosted. Peel and rinse vegetables from dirt.

Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Cut the onion into half rings and spread evenly over the bottom of the dish.

Cut the fish into pieces and place on top of the onion. Sprinkle with salt and fish spices to taste.

Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and spread over the fish.
