It is very simple to make shortbread dough in butter; any novice cook can handle the recipe. The dough itself is quite versatile and goes well with almost any filling. From the specified amount, a small cake is obtained, about 18 cm in diameter, for a larger cake, increase the ingredients by 2 times.

- Butter - 80 Grams
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 2/3 Art. spoons
- Salt - 1-2 pinches
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons (with a slide)
- Flour - 1 Glass
How to make Butter Shortcrust Pastry
Prepare all ingredients.
Transfer the flour to a deep bowl.
Add the sliced butter.
Add sour cream, salt, sugar and baking soda.
Mix everything and knead with your hands a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Collect it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
