  • Water - 1 Glass
  • Poppy - 1-2 Art. spoons
  • Soy milk - 100 Milliliters
  • Date syrup - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - 1 Pinch
  • Raisins - 10 Grams
  • Dried cranberries - 10 Grams

Prepare all ingredients.
