For cookies, choose well-squeezed cottage cheese. We adjust the amount of flour in the process. If the cottage cheese is fatty, as in my version, add a minimum of butter; if it is fat-free, you need to add 50 grams of butter.

How to make "Curd biscuits with fruit"
Let's prepare the ingredients.
Beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add soft butter.
Pour cottage cheese, mix everything.
Add a pinch of baking soda and add flour in portions. Knead the dough.
Roll out the finished dough 3-4 mm thick. Cut the dough layer into squares.
Put a piece of canned peach on each square.
Connect the corners of the dough and press. Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
The cottage cheese cookies with fruit are ready. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy your tea!
