- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Mustard - 1 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 4 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Prunes - 200 Gram
- Water - 2 Glasses

How to cook "Rabbit with prunes in a slow cooker"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to prepare the dish. Chop the rabbit carcass into pieces. Peel and rinse the onions and carrots.

Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode for 30 minutes. Put pieces of rabbit in a heated bowl and fry them on all sides until golden brown.

Chop the peeled vegetables. Chop the onion and grate the carrots.

Mix sour cream, mustard and some water separately.

Add vegetables to the rabbit meat, cover with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with some salt and spices to taste. Mix everything.

Add rinsed prunes to the bowl. Turn on the "Bake" mode for 1 hour. Watch the water level in the bowl. Add as needed.

Arrange the finished rabbit meat on plates and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
