How to make "Fish soup with celery"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel the fish, gut and rinse thoroughly. Remove the gills. Cut the fish into slices and place in a saucepan or cauldron. Add the washed rice immediately, it will cook for about the same amount of time as the fish. Arrange the bay leaves.
Pour in warm water, place the saucepan on the stove and bring the contents to a boil, while removing any foam that forms. Then season with salt and pepper.
Peel the carrots and onions, rinse in water and grate the carrots with a fine mesh, and chop the onion into small cubes.
After boiling for 15 minutes, place the chopped vegetables in a saucepan.
Add celery at the same time. You can use either fresh stalk celery or frozen.
Boil the soup for another 5-6 minutes and taste it. Add ground garlic or fresh herbs to the broth, if desired.
Put the boiled fish in bowls, pour the broth with rice and vegetables and serve.
