Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 350 grams
- Cabbage - 250 Grams
- Rice - 1 Glass
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Semolina - 1.5 tbsp. spoons
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Sugar - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Water - 2-3 Glasses
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
Servings: 6-8
How to cook "Cabbage rolls inside out"

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the cabbage and one onion with a meat grinder or blender.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.

Add chopped vegetables, semolina, egg, salt and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Form cutlets from the minced meat and fry them in a pan over high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Separately fry the diced onions and grated carrots until soft.

Add tomato paste, sour cream, sugar, salt to taste and ground black pepper. Simmer for a couple of minutes and pour in boiling water in a thin stream. Let the sauce simmer and remove from heat.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and line the washed rice in an even layer.

Spread the fried patties on top.

Pour the sauce over everything, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. I am guided by the readiness of the rice.

The stuffed cabbage rolls are ready inside out.
