A casserole with meatballs is prepared very easily from the simplest ingredients. You can take any meat: chicken, pork, beef or turkey. It will work out well anyway. Meatballs with potatoes in egg and sour cream filling with cheese is a win-win option.

- Pork - 500 Grams
- White bun - 100 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cheese - 50 grams (hard)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Casserole with meatballs"

Prepare the ingredients for the casserole.

Pour cold water over a white loaf or loaf and squeeze. Peel and rinse the onion, rinse the pork. Pass all ingredients through a meat grinder.

Salt and pepper the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into 0.7-1 cm thick plastics. Cook in a saucepan with salted water for 7-8 minutes. Then place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of a baking dish.

Form meatballs from minced meat, put in a mold. Place the potatoes between the meatballs and around the perimeter of the mold.

Break an egg into a bowl and add sour cream, add a little salt and whisk the filling.

Pour the potatoes with meatballs with a mixture of eggs and sour cream.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 185 degrees.

Then sprinkle with grated cheese on the casserole and place in the oven for another 5-6 minutes.

The meatball casserole is ready.

Serve the casserole warm.
