How to make "Lush Milk Donuts"

Prepare the ingredients for making fluffy milk donuts.

Add yeast to warm milk and stir until completely dissolved.

Mix sugar with chicken egg, whisk until crystals dissolve. Add vanilla sugar, salt and whisk again.

Pour the egg mixture and vegetable oil into the milk mass, mix.

Add the sifted flour.

Knead into a soft dough and leave under a lid or towel for 50-60 minutes.

The dough has tripled, crinkle it and you can cook donuts.

Divide the dough into small balls, roll each ball a little, giving it a round shape. Squeeze out the middle to create a hole. You can use the neck of a plastic bottle.

Fry the donuts on both sides, constantly adding vegetable oil to the pan.

Serve ready-made donuts immediately to the table. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
