Many people probably love cabbage rolls; as a child, my grandmother and mother often cooked this dish for me. Although tastes change over time, cabbage rolls have remained one of the favorite dishes. Stuffed cabbage is best served with mashed potatoes. When serving, add pickled cucumber or fresh tomato, whichever you prefer.

Ingredients:
- Cabbage leaves - 10-15 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 270 Grams
- Boiled rice - 120 Grams
- Carrots - 80 Grams
- Bow - 80 Grams
- Garlic - 10 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Tomato Juice - 2 Glasses
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Paprika - To taste
- Bay Leaf - To taste

How to cook "Cabbage rolls with chicken breast"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pass the fillet through a meat grinder, then transfer the minced meat to a bowl, add boiled rice.

Peel carrots and onions, chop and fry in vegetable oil for several minutes. Transfer the vegetables to the minced meat.

Add salt, pepper, garlic and spices to the ingredients, mix everything.

Steam forks of cabbage in the microwave, remove the leaves.

Place a few spoons of minced meat filling on the edge of the cabbage leaf.

Roll up the cabbage leaf. Do the same with all the leaves and minced meat.

Put a few cabbage leaves on the bottom of the cauldron, put the stuffed cabbage rolls on top, you can add a little fried carrots and onions.

Pour tomato into the cauldron, add bay leaf and spices to taste. Simmer cabbage rolls covered for 45 minutes.
